About the equipment: We have a state of the art Halogenerator that is considered to be top of the line and used by the highest quality salt rooms throughout the world. It is UL listed and manufactured in a medical device facility to ensure safety and cleanliness. This piece of equipment is able to create particle sizes from 1 micron to a sub-micron level of 0.3 microns (one grain of table salt is about 120 microns!).

About the salt: Pure grade sodium chloride, NaCl (also known as medical-grade or pharmaceutical-grade salt), is the highest purity salt and is often used in medical applications. It is 99.99% NaCl, contains no insoluble ingredients, and is free from all other contaminants. We use this pure form of salt to create tiny salt aerosol particles which penetrate all layers of the respiratory tract.
